You’ve optimized every matrix in your life. But your nervous system doesn't run on an algorithm.

I provide culturally attuned, somatic psychotherapy for Asian and diaspora adults navigating the high-stakes, hyper-rationalized world of Washington's tech and corporate sectors. Many of my clients are Seattle-based professionals and caregivers who are intimately familiar with relentless delivery cycles, corporate ambiguity, and the quiet pressure to always perform.

When you are conditioned to solve every problem through sheer cognitive effort, it’s easy to disconnect from the physical toll of chronic overwork. This is a space to step out of "system upgrade" mode and learn how to safely land back in your body.

Available in-person in Seattle, WA, and virtually across Washington State.

Answer and Listen for Your “Yes”

If you agree with more than one, this work may be a fit.

A gentle approach to DEEP work.

Honoring what you’ve carried, and the self that’s always been yours. This is the space you step into here.

How we might work together.

You’ve done everything you were supposed to, yet something still feels off.

For many Asian and Asian American professionals, navigating the intense optimization cultures and performance metrics of Washington’s tech sectors, excelling and adapting can mean code-switching, honoring family obligations, and carrying unspoken expectations rooted in values like filial piety and emotional restraint.

We might explore:
• The roles you’ve learned to inhabit and their toll on your capacity
• What your body is telling you when burnout won’t fade
• The cost of meeting expectations while silencing your own needs

Therapy can help you live a life that feels as good inside as it looks outside.

Many clients arrive after years of pushing through and caring for others more than themselves. Therapy offers space to pause, step out of overdrive, and tend to what’s been neglected.

My approach is relational, culturally attuned, and body-based. Together, we move at a pace that honors your ambition and tenderness, creating a life that feels aligned and alive.
