Consultation for therapists in SEATTLE, PORTLAND, and NEW YORK

Clinical work is COMPLEX. You don’t have to carry it alone.

This is a collaborative space for Asian and Asian American therapists to root into their voice and draw from cultural wisdom while staying connected to the heart of their work.

Consultation that brings you back to YOURSELF.

As therapists, you hold space for others with skill and care. But when you are navigating your own Asian or Asian American identity or guiding clients through complex cultural narratives, staying connected to yourself can be challenging.

You deserve a space where you do not have to carry it alone.

Refine Your Craft, Stay Rooted in Purpose.

Consultation is a collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and listen more deeply to your work. It offers room to explore the cultural, relational, and embodied layers that shape your practice, all the while navigating your own Asian or Asian American identity.

Areas we can explore together:

  • Clarifying your clinical lens

  • Deepening work with high-functioning or overfunctioning clients

  • Integrating somatics and attachment-based approaches

  • Understanding countertransference and tending to burnout

Our work together can help you reconnect to your clarity and clinical integrity.

I’m Shirley…

the person who built this practice to support those who hold so much

As a licensed psychologist and fellow traveler in this work, I offer consultation as a space for reflection, attunement, and honest conversation. This is the kind of space where something can soften, clarify, or come back into alignment.

My lens is shaped by somatics, attachment, and cultural knowing, with particular care for the unique dynamics that arise when navigating your own Asian or Asian American identity. More than anything, I bring deep respect for the complexity of holding others while trying to stay connected to yourself.

This is space for you, too.
